Stunning Villa and Gorgeous Views

I can’t say enough about this beautiful villa! Our family frequently rents homes on VRBO and this is one of our favorites. The home is beautiful, the views are amazing and the host, Mirko, was so friendly and helpful! The location is within easy walking distance to the town of Omis and there are plenty of restaurants and a grocery store right nearby. We loved taking advantage of the private chef’s services. Martin’s food was so fresh and absolutely delicious! Don’t miss the opportunity to charter a day with on the boat with Pave as well! We will definitely come back!

An Extraordinary Home in an Extraordinary Place!

Villa Flores is everything and more. The photos are incredibly accurate. But nothing can capture the physical and emotional experience of architecture and location coming together as Villa Flores does. Every inch has been brilliantly thought out and executed. Stylish amenities. Perfect location. Quiet and private. Yet close enough to both Omis and busy Split. From the beginning, with the property manager, Mirjana, helping us with every detail and endless questions (we had not been to Croatia) to the owners seeing our experience was indeed what we wanted. Nothing went, well… unwanted. Of Note: The owners are on-site. The Villa next door has been in the family for generations and Villa Flores (a seriously high-tech and architecturally designed property was recently built next door). For us, this was a very special reunion of 3 couples and not only is the Villa expansive enough for privacy, but Mirjana and the family handled everything - from ordering flowers to a private chef, to a private boat charter for day outings. The estate layout is brilliant. Giving everyone enough private space – pool, garden, spa, gym, sauna, terraces - as well as taking full advantage of the glorious drama of the Adriatic Sea literally at your feet. Our regret: Not enough days. We were there 6 days. Far too short. Make no mistake, the Villa is intoxicating. It is extremely hard to leave. So, if you have a “To Do” list in the Split/Adriatic Coast area… I would highly recommend a few extra days just spent at the property before (or during) your excursions. It was, on occasion, painful to leave, even knowing what glorious elements of Croatia lay outside. Speaking of excursions… through Villa Flores we were introduced to Pave (Paul) and Speed Boat Omis. We arranged a one-day private charter to Hvar (highly recommended) and ended up booking other days. Pave and his boats are perfect! And most important, they are in Omis (5 minutes from the Villa) and not Split (30 minutes from the Villa). Also, Villa Flores was able to arrange a private chef. They introduced us to Martin Grubisa. Amazing Chef. Martin came our first night and last. Something I also highly recommend. A beautiful beginning and end to an extraordinary trip. Food and service amazing. If your plan is to stay at the Villa for sun and fun, having a Chef of Martin’s quality is great answer to “what’s to eat?”. I happily write this… but regret Villa Flores will not remain “My Secret”.

Wonderful, better than expected

The villa was amazing...so many times the pictures are much better than the property. Not the case for this property. Absolutely gorgeous views, amenities, 3 pools, and meters from the sea. Plenty of space for the kids to play. The owner was very accommodating helping us with transportation, activities, and any needs of the villa. We very much enjoyed our stay and sad to leave.

Großartige Villa mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Sehr moderne Villa direkt am Sandstrand. Die Lage zeichnet die Villa tatsächlich aus. Das Tor öffnet sich direkt zum Sandstrand, der wirklich super ist. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist größtenteils super, bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die aber in der Summe einen Stern Abzug bringen: - Für 8 Personen zu wenig Kochgeschirr. Unmöglich mit so kleinen Töpfen für 8 Personen z.b. Pasta zu kochen. - die untere Küche ist etwas klein, dafür dass die Terrasse quasi Haupt-Aufenthaltsort ist wo alles passiert. Die obere Küche ist groß, wird aber quasi überhaupt nicht verwendet. - Mir ist unverständlich wie man in einer so luxuriösen Villa mit 6 Bädern KEINEN einzigen Klopapierhalter vorfindet. - Der Hausmeister/Poolboy kommt ständig unangemeldet ins Haus und kontrolliert das Wasser in den Pools. Hier sollte eine bessere Absprache bzw Ankündigung stattfinden, man zahlt viel Geld und kann auch auf Privatsphäre Rücksicht nehmen. Er muss für den Whirlpool auf dem Dach schließlich einmal komplett durchs Haus. - Das komplette Gebäude ist an allen Seiten teils mit 360grad Kameras ausgestattet. Man wird/fühlt sich überall beobachtet, selbst am Pool. Wer auf Privatsphäre Wert legt, ist hier definitiv falsch. Ich frage mich ob dies Datenschutzrechtlich so überhaupt erlaubt ist...

excellent location, thoughtful interior design, friendly atmosphere - perfect vacation!

We spent an eventful and relaxing week at Villa Flores as a family of five. The interior design concept of the villa is thought through from front to back and offers meeting places, retreats and impressive light alignments. The prime location directly at the naturally forested sandy beach with private access belongs to one of the most beautiful in Croatia. Complemented by three pools and a beautiful garden, no wishes remain unfulfilled. In the other apartments of the owner you can meet families who have been coming back every year for more than 30 years. This friendly and family-like atmosphere has made the vacation unforgettable for us. We are looking forward to coming back!
