Holiday House Botta With Pool (Seaside Near Split)

The house is a 3 level villa with one of the most unique sea-views in the area This year we only rent 2 foors. There is a heated pool, big grill and smoker grill in the garden, 7 deck chairs and outside table that seats 8 people easily. The house is perfect for 4-6 guest, but it can easily accommodate 8. The house and surroundings are very private. Location is great to experience explore Dalmatia (Omiš, Split, Dubrovnik, Imotski...) or to just stay in the house and rest near the pool or on the beaches.

The space

We have a unique terrace view of the sea and the mountains on the north. Everything can be seen in the photos and videos. First row to the sea. Free parking for up to 4 cars. Please search the internet for videos using the term "House Botta, Marušići, Croatia" There you can see a video with the path to the beaches.

NOTE!
If you have really small children please note that there are areas with no fences and can be dangerous (around the pool) if the children are not supervised.

Guest access

You will have your own key entrance to each level, and will not be bothered.

Interaction with guests

My father and I will be your hosts. I live in Zagreb, and my father in Split, so a person in Marušići will be assigned to you for all help and advice. You can contact me any time or the assigned person via email, Viber, Watsapp. All important information, travel suggestions will await you at your arrival.

Other things to note

For June-August please note that check-in and check-out is on Saturdays. We can make exceptions if there is a longer stay in question.

Wi-fi all over the property

Appliances: Air-conditioning, cooking stoves (mostly gas), electric ovens, dish washer, laundry machine, fridges, filter coffee maker, espresso machine, hairdryers, mixer, stick blender, blender, slicer, crepes maker, iron, ozone generator, 32" TVs, Android TV (to watch TV shows and movies), safe, darts game,

You will also get a set of linen for beds/sofas and towels (only no beach towels). We give na new set of toiletries after 7 days. Each bathroom will have a couple of toilet paper rolls, soap, body wash and shampoo. Kitchen will have dish soap and dishwasher tablets. You will also get washing machine detergent and softener.

Self check-in with lockbox
Smoking allowed only on the terrace and outside area, and you are free to have fun, just if you do not bother the other guests in the neighborhood.

Please note that there are places where children can fall if not careful. So we suggest caution.

Must climb stairs - There are stair to the upper and lower floor of the house and there are stairs to the beach.
Pet(s) live near the property - sometimes the neighbor cats come on the property
Amenity limitations - Wi-fi can be a bit slower when there is high usage in the area. Power surges can occur.
