Particularly inviting is the private terrace with sea view, which is partially covered and offers sufficient space for shared meals or relaxed evenings. From here, you can enjoy the view of the Adriatic coast and are at the same time just a few steps away from the beach: The nearest pebble beach is about 10 metres away, and concreted bathing platforms can be reached after approximately 100 metres.
Inside, a bright living area awaits you with SAT-TV, dining area and sofa bed, which directly leads into the small kitchen. This is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer compartment, 2-plate hob, microwave, kettle and coffee machine - perfect for self-caterers. The separate bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table. The bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin, mirror and hairdryer is en suite and provides additional comfort.
