Beautiful spot. However was abit stressful as no where it's mentioned to contact property for hotel transfer as there isn't any way of getting there once you get off the bus in Hakuba and no easy access to a convenient store and cafes up on the hill. There is a restaurant with breakfast and dinner only. So with young kids was tricky. Still had the best time.

Ski in ski out location. Fantastic hotel with large rooms and indoor fire pit. Staff were extremely helpful. Having a vehicle is preferable to go to and from town but they do run a shuttle Service free of charge.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever dealt with. Unable to get to the hotel because the only road to the hotel was closed. Hotel customer service was out-sourced and I had to talk to someone out of Japan that did not know anything about the hotel or roads in the area. After about 2 hours of back-and-forth via emails, they finally provided a number to the actual hotel, but the language barrier was a challenge. They agreed to cancel the reservation and agreed to provide a full refund, however, spending over 2 hours with 2 young kids trying to get to the hotel was definitely not how we wanted to end our snow day. We had to look for a last minute hotel booking to ensure we had a place to stay for the night. Be careful of this hotel. Pictures can be deceiving. Customer service is out-sourced to a different county.

とてもよかったです

とても綺麗な部屋で気持ち良く使わせていただきました。スタッフの方々の対応もとても丁寧で有り難かったです。 冷蔵庫や電子レンジ、お皿やカラトリー類、しっかりと揃っています。コーヒー、紅茶は部屋ではなくフロントにありました。 また近くに行った際は利用したいと思います。
