Dive into the luxury of this beautifully renovated house with private saltwater pool in the middle of lively Olonzac (HĂ©rault). With original materials intact, Villa Printemps exudes character and charm. You have six bedrooms, three bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living room for relaxing together. The TV offers satellite channels, including TV Vlaanderen. Outside, a large terrace awaits with your own swimming pool-the place to enjoy the good life

A few meters away you can enter the wide park of Olonzac where you can also play tennis by reservation or go to the playground with the children. Every Tuesday morning, the famous market is back in the centre where you can pick up local products or just go shopping.

The beach at Gruissan/Narbonne plage is a short 40-minute drive away. You can also find amusement parks there such as Aquajet or Pirat'Parc. Le Salin de l'Ăźle Saint-Martin de Gruissan with its pink sea is also highly recommended!

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour entre amis dans la rĂ©gion. Cependant, nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs surpris de dĂ©couvrir plusieurs anomalies/dĂ©fauts dans la location : - La cuve de fioul dans la salle de bain du RdC dĂ©gage une odeur pestilentielle qui se sent jusque dans le couloir et la chambre d’en face. - Bien que le gite soit en France et qu’il soit promu sur un site français, il n’y a pas d’accĂšs aux chaines de tĂ©lĂ©vision nationales (seulement TV Flanders), donc pas de possibilitĂ© de voir la mĂ©tĂ©o locale par exemple. De mĂȘme, la bibliothĂšque (trĂšs fournie par ailleurs) ne comportent que des livres en langue Ă©trangĂšre. - Le Wifi n’est pas accessible Ă  l’étage. - Il est trĂšs difficile de garer les voitures, la zone extĂ©rieure longeant le gite Ă©tait encombrĂ©e par 2 voitures Ă©paves. - Les huisseries sont anciennes, avec un simple vitrage, et il est trĂšs difficile d’ouvrir ou fermer les fenĂȘtres et les volets. - Enfin, dans le classeur d’informations, nous avons vu que de nombreuses prestations sont payantes (alors que rien n’est indiquĂ© sur l’annonce), par exemple : ArrivĂ©e ou dĂ©part diffĂ©rĂ©s (2 x 30€), chaise haute (15€), baignoire pour bĂ©bĂ© (15€), parasol (25€), etc. La publicitĂ© dit : « Bienvenue dans votre Paradis de vacances ! ».
