Wonderful hotel near Bonaventure University. Room and hotel was clean. Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast had good options. If it isn't what you like, no worries, there's a Dunkin Donuts just a walk across the parking lot.

It was SO LOUD at this hotel. The other guests and all the water running was heard as if in the same room. It is a really nice place but can hear EVERYTHING in the room.
