Terrible Food Service 7/29/25

Food service was terrible Tuesday evening. We tried to go to the Italian Restaurant, waited OVER 1 1/2 hours, left and went to the cafe, waited another 1/2 hour and was finally seated. The service and food was wonderful. Was SO disappointed with the restaurants and their lack of Servers. More than half the restaurant had empty tables with no one to take care of you. What was even worse, NO management came out to explain to all of us in line what was going on. If there were other placed to eat nearby, we certainly would have left but there isn't . You're pretty much captive.

My husband & I have been to this property a few times. We always have a great stay! The staff is always friendly & accomodating, especially if we need an early check-in. The rooms have always been very clean & the housekeeping staff does a wonderful job

Caution: Note that on Expedia the “property fee” is currently included in the total price of this hotel. Upon check-out the same fee must be paid to the hotel—they don’t accept that it was already paid and front desk staff were apathetic and said “you have to contact Expedia as it is a 3rd party booking” despite providing evidence that it was paid. Rooms were spacious and view was beautiful, but trying to get refunded for a fee that is already paid is not worth the hassle.
