The hotel was in a nice location, convenient to many restaurants, and the hotel itself was spotless. The check in attendant was friendly and went above and beyond to be personable to us and answer our questions about the area (I wish I could remember her name!). And our room was great, clean and extremely comfortable bed. Highly recommend.

I had 3 relatively minor issues with the room: 1) paint chipping off the ceiling in the bathroom; 2) toilet didn't work well- it kindof sprayed out when flushed. Weird. 3) shower drain was cloggy. Otherwise everything was solid, and I would say a pretty good value.

Customer service was rude, ask for my credit card and asked me is that one in which you can walk in and withdraw your cash and I said no; I want to use my credit card not my bank card. The In house restaurant I asked for a fish and chip dinner. They brought me fish tacos and then they put my order in. Didn’t get it until 20 minutes after the rest of the party was done eating their meals; did not care.
