Hotel is situated right in the centre of Conwy so great for walking to all of the sights. A beautiful old building with lots of character and very nice bar and restaurant. The room we stayed in was spotlessly clean with stunning antique decor .There is also parking at the back with plenty of spaces and also across the road, parking for hotel guests too. The staff were all lovely and helpful and we absolutely loved our stay at the Castle and will definitely be back !

Absolutely beautiful hotel, the only issue we had was the noise from people downstairs and banging doors, our room was at the top of the stairs on the first floor before you go through the double doors and the noise was terrible, the other rooms are through the doors which stops lots of the noise, for a premium room I was disappointed with this

This hotel is beautiful! Right near everything! Amazing service they went above and beyond, can ask them anything and they will help you! Great room with quality products in the washroom and a couple minutes walk to the castle and docks!

A beautiful hotel with genuinely friendly staff the bar was intimate and relaxed, our room was very well equipped and beautifully decorated with equality furnishings and fittings we had a spacious bathroom with shower above a bath. The continental breakfast had a good selection, I especially liked their pre soaked muesli which was full of nuts and fruit and shredded apple something I will try to reproduce, we had a full cooked breakfast the following day which was a little underwhelming, it's wasn't as hot as I would have liked and was missing either toast or fried bread, which if we had known we could have made our own toast from the continental selection but as it was already getting cold would have taken too long, but nevertheless the breakfast staff were excellent and very friendly.

Everything about this hotel was fabulous. Spotless, lovely room, staff were lovely and so friendly. We spent both our nights in the hotel both in the bar and in the restaurant. Food was amazing and the lady who served us was just lovely. Definitely will be returning.
