This was our 3rd stay at the view. As always, room was very clean and comfortable & the family who own the property are very welcoming. The breakfast is superb. We would not stay anywhere else, they work so hard to make your stay a relaxing one.

Great base to explore Llandudno and North Wales. Excellent service, very comfortable bed, and a great view of the promenade. Parking in Llandudno can be tough but I never struggled to find a spot- either right in front of the hotel or a couple of mins walk further up at Happy Valley. Highly recommend!

Brian and his family were wonderful. There B/B was clean and comfy. Robes were provided and lovely toiletries. Brian was attentive and helpful with his directions. Good location, quiet at night. Breakfast was excellent, well prepared and presented. The staff were very pleasant. Our room wasn't as pleasing, the water pressure for the shower was poor. For the six night stay our towels weren't changed and the room bin wasn't emptied!
