Property in need of maintenance, upkeep, and repair. Staff tried to help as they could. Walls crumbling with bubbled wallpaper, mold in bathroom, broken gym equipment, broken ice machine, sauna and whirlpool. Electrical outlet issues

The room was filthy it was damaged it was the worst I've ever stayed in the food was cold not just a little cold but nearly refrigerator cold there were bugs service was poor they were unauthorized charges made to my card it's been 6 days my deposit has still not been released it was terrible you should drop this hotel from your reservation options. I called ahead to make sure the pool and hot tub were in working order and was told they were.b the pool was disgusting it had pockets of foam and some sort of substance floating across the entire top and the hot tub was not working that was the main reason I selected that hotel was so that I could have a hot tub and a pool for my kid. Afterward I checked reviews and saw that the hot tub and the bugs and the cold food were consistently an issue at this location.

The reason I booked with the hotel is because of the hot tub and it was closed for maintenance they said well it looked like it has been closed for awhile that’s false advertisement bc if I would’ve known I would’ve went with a different hotel. The the room the shower leaked all over the floor you could see the damage on the outside of tub where it has been leaking for awhile. Then there was a picture with glass broken out of instead of taking it down they just left it up which made it feel like they don’t keep up with the rooms or hotel. I ended up checking out early. Then for some reason they took some of my deposit im about to find out why it was only me in the room. Also i have pictures. Will never book with that hotel again.

There was someine vang8ng in a room dior at 139 an for about 30 minutes. Yelling a d screaming. There was one wash cloth, no hand towels in the room. The food was horrible. There were people on drugs in the parking lot. I was actually scared to sleep there with my grandkids.

Clean room. Hallways and lobby temperature were a little too warm Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and the area tidy. Parking was not real great. Too far from the doors We got an excellent deal on the room. We had a great stay and will come back again!!
