Tried to do the online checkin to save time but they just made me do everything again at the front desk. Makes you wonder why you put your card on the online checkin if it doesn't check you in? Pool was nice and warm. They need to fix the hot tub though. Breakfast was not out when it should have been. They didnt even have the coffee out at 6:37.

I specifically reserved a room in this hotel because it advertised that there was a hot tub. After I checked in I became aware that the hot tub was out. There needs to be a better mechanism for the customer to know what service is not being provided at a location.

Original 3 night Stay for 2 people- left early and found a different hotel. Wouldn’t stay here again! Room- had roaches in the bathroom, had no hand towels or face towels. Had 1 small bath towel looked like it from the pool. Bath tub and toilet were both dirty. Pool/hot tub- hot tub was working but the pool was up and heated so that was a plus. No towels in the pool area Staff- kept saying they were bringing towels and never showed up.

I like this place bc it’s several notches above what you’d expect for its room rates. It’s on par with a Hampton Inn even though the price is about what you’d pay for Knight's Iinn or Motel 6 and those places can be dodgy and just a not-so-nice.

The lighting was mostly at the bed area. I understand that the jetted tub still works and saves money. it would have been a fun experience if it was updated. For that coffee wise in the room, the dripper was not there for me to place the coffee filter provided in the room

The room said it was handicaped, it wasn't. I'm in a wheelchair and there were no grab bars at all in the bathroom. The pool, hot tub and sauna weren't working either. It was very disapointing.

Room had a awful smell, found a roach crawling on the door, got charged the deposit twice for a already booked 2 day stay, internet didn’t work properly until the day we checked out, hot tub was broken, pool was cold and dirty, breakfast was cold and very limited, and overall awful experience.
