We did not expect it to be so busy during our stay. I found out that there was a NCAA tournament going on. It was pretty loud & crowded. The staff did such a good job at keeping it clean & even let us switch rooms since the kids were so loud. We did enjoy our stay & appreciate the staff memebers being top notch.
