The hotel was good. The staff was good. Trying to get my room cleaned was ridiculous. Everything had to be done without talking to a human being... always using an app that did not have the option I needed. Also, I did not receive the final bill in my email and after 2 frustrating phone calls, (again I had to jump through irritating hoops all because there was not a human being that could simply help me with what I needed). People get very tired of always being referred to an app or and email when you should have a human being to take care of business.

Fantastic stay, the hotel was nice, everybody was very friendly, the only thing that was wrong was the bedroom AC was out and the second bathroom didn’t flush but it was perfect otherwise!

No room no stay

We never stayed because when we tried to check in we had no room they said a maintenance issue. A refund needs to be processed as soon as possible. We paid for a $50 uber to get there and had to pay for another uber to another hotel they sent us too that was very far away from our destination. We had to do a $40 uber in the morning to get to our destination. The full price of this room needs to refunded now

Good room but two problems. First, one of the elevators makes a very loud squeaking sound when it goes down, so throughout the night when I tried to sleep, I would hear the squeaking sound which was disruptive. Second, my bathtub water would not drain properly. Service was otherwise good and the room was in otherwise solid condition.
