Pretty quiet with nice clean rooms, ray accommodated me with a downstairs room because I have a hip injury & I was so satisfied with his concerns about my health. Other attendants never did that nor cared when I stayed there so I was staying elsewhere over the years so I give Ray 10 stars alone. For his patients & friendly service

To start it states free breakfast included and that is a lie it doesn’t include breakfast and when I questioned them they said it says on the go on the website which is not true it clearly states “free breakfast included”, they didn’t even refund me. The rooms are in not in good shape, the pictures are deceiving. Paint is chipped, old looking.needs a lot of work. The area is dangerous and I was on the lookout for my vehicle the whole night. Nothing but hoodlums out my window. I didn’t feel safe. Do not stay here!!

The hotels has roaches. This hotel demanded a cash deposit. They would not accept a card. This requirement was not listed anywhere prior to making a reservation. I had to request a money transfer from a relative to make the deposit just so my check-in would be processed. While I did receive my deposit back in the morning, I did not appreciate being blindsided by this requirement. I was almost unable to make arrangement.

We had to be moved to 3 different rooms due to roaches and broken toilets. After asking every, single, day, for clean towels (we were only given 2 towels for 4 guests), we finally got 2 clean towels on the second to last morning of our stay. We won't be staying here again, nor at any ot any other Wyndham resort affiliated hotel.
