The front desk staff were very helpful, polite and accommodating. I am appreciated them listening to my concerns and always seemed willing to give more than I ask for especially the tall quiet guy that works the night shifts. The custodial staff were not as polite. The area is full of food options, trampoline spot for children, shopping for adults, movies and mall next door. It was minutes from historical sights and a good selection of churches.

The rooms were great! The breakfast choices were plentiful! The pool was clean and maintained. The staff thay we interacted with was friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that in the second day there was a smell. It was in the pool area and we also noticed it in our bathroom. We saw the city was doing sewer work outside. So we think maybe the hotel itself was having sewer problems.

This place is great. Checked all of the boxes with 7 people traveling. Plenty of room and 2 bathrooms. Free laundry , great pool, friendly staff,breakfast ,free apps and drinks in evening. How can it get better??? We will only stay at these for now on.
