The staff for checking in and out was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was so good that I actually filled up. The room was very clean and new looking. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends. I didnt want to stay inside of city limits and this hotel was in the perfect location to get into and out of town.

Lights did not work properly Pieces falling off the base Entry light hanging by wires Dirty Handprints on mirrors and fixtures Luggage carts, broken Washcloth still have quality control stickers on them meaning they’ve never been pre-washed before put placed in room Hotel very hot in the common area Air turned off throughout the night even though set. Elevator sounded like it was scratching against wall

The staff was friendly and the hotel was ok. But unfortunately we found a bug (Cockroach) and the shower had dirty towels (2) hanging from the courtain rod full of hairs. The courtain of the shower was disgusting and full of the same hairs as well. The room had a certain odor when we came in. We had a long drive so we just went to bed. The breakfast was good, but it was empty and people had to request refill on the eggs and other items, staff was slow in getting things out. Overall I am surprised it had the rating it had here, and im disappointed and not satisfied. Then, since we prepaid through expedia, they could not do anything for us. Which i wasn't expecting anything to be done anyways since we were checking out, we were only there for one night.

The staff at this located was the best hotel staff we’ve ever had! The room was nice and cold and the bed and bedding was 100%! Loved that they had dove shampoo, condition, lotion, body wash and gel hand soap in large refillable containers. Water pressure was great and even being right by the elevator, It was still so quiet. Great location to get in and out of. Can’t wait to plan a trip back!
