Kathy did an exceptional job for me. One thing that couldn’t be accomplished was a comfortable bed that is main reason I always stay at Hilton garden inn. This property is not same as it was last stay. Also noticed while in parking lot looking up broken screens flapping in wind. This not what expected for Hilton property. Unfortunately I will not stay here again. I truly thank Kathy for attempting to make bed better.

The room was quiet and comfortable. It would have been an excellent stay if there were separate thermostats for the bedroom and the living room. Menopausal women traveling with their older, always cold, mothers would be very thankful for separate thermostats 😊

Very nice welcoming staff. Even the driver for shuttle was nice to us. Young lady working at the bar / restaurant was so nice and welcoming very friendly and engaging. She had a cast on her leg and she was still working hard and smiling . At first I thought when we got off on freeway ..oh no ., looks like bad area? Once you go in hotel .. Very nice , clean , bright. Ericka at front desk welcomed us in. Nice staff. Room was spacious . Even though it’s near the street ., not noisy. Everything worked as it should . My husband liked the peloton bike in work out room. Amenities good. Best value so far.
