Boutique Hotels in Okanagan Valley

There was a small mixup with our reservation so we were upgraded to the Presidential Suite on the corner of the 4th floor. The room was incredibly spacious but we originally booked a room with two queen beds. However, the suite only had one queen bed and a pull-out sofa bed which was not as nice for the other guest. The powered blinds and drapes didn't all work so on some of the large windows, we could either open/close the blinds but could not close the drapes, or you could open/close the drapes and the blinds didn't work. It was mildly frustrating because you could not completely black out the room. The included breakfast was good with lots of options including oatmeal, waffles, scrambled eggs, bagels/toast, sausage/bacon, milk (both 2% and chocolate), and basic fruit. We did not use the pool or exercise facilities. In my opinion, the nightly price for a stay was a bit on the high side considering it was in Westbank.

Perfect stay for what I needed and wanted. I like having a kitchenette and it was stocked perfectly, the place was clean and the kids loved the pool and sauna. Family games available which were fun. For how close it was to Hwy 97, it's tucked away a bit and so it was perfectly quiet. Very friendly staff, the sleep was good for me (maybe bring your own pillow if you love yours because ours were more robust and tall for our liking, but you can't have everything!), and the bed was good. I also care about the type of TV programming (i.e., guide, can I see what I'm watching while choosing another program, options, etc.), and they provided to my preference. Very happy overall with our stay, and will consider it again for our next trip in. It's a great option for a sports tournament weekend.

We were there for a 2 night stay. We did not get housekeeping - when I let the front staff know upon checkout she told me you have to request it that there are signs on the door telling you that. There were no signs nor did they let me know at check it. We had garbage overflowing, no clean towels - really was not impressed and will not be going back.
