It’s hot my heart.

Completely beautiful. Everything is perfect, the atmosphere, the delicacy, the lighting, the artwork, the music, the service. Rumi, Kenji and other members of staff are so so friendly. They made me feel like I was in a home away from home. Whilst also having a completely unique experience. The private hot spring bath outdoors at the back of the hotel is out of this world. So dreamy. Beppu is an incredible space and city to be in and staying here just made it so much more special.

駅前で天然温泉の大浴場があるのがありがたい。周辺には飲食店やコンビニも近いので非常に便利。 施設自体はそこまで新しくないが、宿泊するだけなら満足できると思います。

急な宿泊でしたが、駅近でお手頃に泊まれました。最上階の温泉はそこまで広くなかったけど、ほかのお客さんのいない時間帯に入ったのでゆっくり楽しめました。 周囲の音も割と静かでベッドも快適でした。

禁煙の部屋やホテルなのですが、長年の染みついた煙草臭が壁面や廊下から漂っていて、匂いに敏感な人は大変苦しいと思います。一泊だけなので大丈夫でしたが、壁紙取って、オゾン洗浄しないとだめなレベルと思います。
