The stay at KAI Beppu was nothing short of amazing. It was my first time in Beppu, and staying at KAI made the experience truly memorable. The sea-view shakkei was beautiful and definitely the highlight. The room was well-sized, and the indoor onsen was a godsend. The kaiseki meals were also delicious, and choosing the half-board option was a great decision. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always smiling. I would definitely come back and explore more KAI and Hoshino Resorts properties. This stay has made me an even bigger Hoshino fan.

The best hotel

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The room is incredible, with the sea view and Japanese style, but really contemporary. Service was perfect and the food was really incredible. Best hotel!

Very nice room with sea views. Centrally located near a shopping mall and many restaurants. Unfortunately, no western food options contrary to some other Hoshino resorts so this can be challenge for some and especially children. Otherwise a very nice and pleasant stay.
