The most magical place I've ever stayed. We were treated like royalty and truly sad to leave. The room was sheer luxury, the pool and grounds were immaculate, the breakfast buffet was to die for and the view...all I was promised and more! All this said, the most incredible thing about SP is her wonderful staff who do everything and anything for you with genuine pleasure and warmth. Don't hesitate, book while you can!!!!

We booked a “caldera view” room with a hot tub at You & Me Suites based entirely on the advertised photos showing a private, unobstructed 180° volcano/caldera view. What we received was completely different. From the hot tub itself, you can barely see ..."
