This is our second time in this unit. It never disappoints. Very clean, close to the beach, a home away from home.

We loved our stay here, the place is just as described. The Bed is comfortable and the house is well stocked if you want to cook a meal or two. We loved the view and the convenience of the walkable restaurants and coffee places. We only stayed 2 days but look forward to coming back again. Thank you Kimberly for sharing your wonderful place. We cant wait to return.

The noise levels between 12:00am through 6:00am from the rooms above us were extremely loud. It sounded like furniture was being moved around. We loss a lot of sleep. The rental company should never use this property as a listing…… ever! The location and view were wonderful. Never rent 204 B. ! Terrible!!!!

Stayed about a week

This place is a real gem. With the Harbor views and the beach yards away it was perfect! Also having a heated pool and hot tub made the stay even better. Kimberly is a great host! Very responsive and proactive! It was listed as not having AC but to our surprise she did add an indoor unit to the bedroom which was wonderful given the hot temperatures! Amenities were great for our 8 day stay. Walking distance to many great restaurants in the harbor! Building is also gated which made us feel very safe! Would highly recommend!

The property was nice as it looked exactly as it did in pictures. The harbor view was nice and the walk to the beach wasn’t far at all. We appreciated there being beach chairs to use there as well. The only major drawback was that it felt dirty as there were multiple stains on the bed sheets and some areas that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. Overall a good property for spending a few days at the beach but could have been cleaner
