The staff were great. The hotel is acceptable quality for this level, but nothing special. There is no outside noise (freeway, etc.), which is a plus. Internally the room was a little noisy: The upstairs neighbors sounded like they were practising for a team aerobics event, which is unfortunate but these things happen. Hallways have fairly loud piped music - barely audible inside the room, but still a few levels above what is needed. The more frustrating part was that room next door (a plant room or similar) was noisy on and off for periods of time. Doubtless we could have asked to change rooms, but that is really not the point. The plant room is loud, and the hotel has chosen the level of sound insulation it is prepared to invest in while putting guests in the adjoining room. To rely on guests asking to be moved if they do not like the noise is a poor approach in my view, and the property can't hide from this as a measure of its true regard for guests.

5 stars! Room was very nice. Clean. The staff here was so friendly from people who answer the phone to the staff at the front desk who check you in Also I left my jacket here on accident and they kept it for me for a whole week until I was able to come back and get it. They could’ve just threw it away but they turned it in. I will definitely be staying here again because of the customer services I received

The staff was friendly, especially the nice lady who was keeping the breakfast area stocked and tidy. I didn't catch her name, but she was doing a fantastic job making sure everything was in constant readiness--I've never seen that much care and attention to a serve-yourself breakfast bar before. The room was clean and tidy, with enough room for my family of six to stay in one large room. It was only a 15 minute drive to Legoland, our ultimate destination. I highly recommend this place!

Staff was great, clean room, comfortable bed/pillows. Breakfast was good. But the coffee was terrible! Didn’t even taste like coffee. Tried telling the staff and they didn’t do anything. Had an issue with not having hot water. So unfortunately I wasn’t able to take a shower before checkout. Will be emailing corporate.
