I’m unlikely to stay at this hotel again. It clearly needs a lot of maintenance — starting with a bathroom door that doesn’t lock, a chipped wooden door, and even roaches in the tub. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was for the pool. While there is a pool, unfortunately, it was empty and had no water.

The pool is unheated and the hot tub was broken when we arrived. We checked in then quickly checked out. We booked this hotel through Expedia. Expedia contacted the hotel several times while we were there asking permission for them to provide a refund. They claimed that the Hotel manager was not available and he was the only one able to give authorization to waive the fee. He never picked up their call, nor did he return their call, and still has not given "authorization" to have our reservation refunded. We stayed across the street at the Best Western Plus Oceanside Palms, which was the same price, very clean, and had an amazing hot breakfast. Save yourself the time and trouble and book elsewhere.
