We arrived and got our keys to our room. They gave us a room right at the beginning of the hallway, right next to an entry door. At first it was convenient for bringing our stuff inside, but as we got closer to the night, it became very noisy. You could hear everyone entering and leaving. All the cars pulling up, and conversations from the hallway and lobby. It woke my 3 year old up on several occasions. When we first walked into the room, it was tiny and cramped, and dark. Once we turned lights on and opened blinds, all I could see what dirty spots all over the walls, the floors not properly cleaned, and it just felt overall dirty. We tried to settle in, turned the tv on, and none of the WiFi for the tv worked. I brought this concern up to the front desk multiple times, and they kept telling me “we’ll check it”. After multiple times of asking, they finally came to my room to figure out the issue. They never fixed the issue, only got the tv to goto cable and we just dealt with the issue. The pool was nice and warm, but the second day of our trip the hot tub stopped working. They also have several rusty areas and trip hazards. Overall, I definitely would not stay here ever again.

Great stop in Ocean Shores!

Great stay, the owners were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable and we were able to extend our stay one night. The pool was nice to use in the evenings and the breakfast was a bonus. Close to the main beach access. Highly recommend and will stay again if in Ocean Shores.

Employees were nice. But the hotel definitely needs some updating. Beds weren't horrible but the bedding was wore and old. I think they are under new ownership so they might be slowly making improvements.

We're used to staying in standalone vacation rentals, so motels are generally noisier and this one is no exception, especially when you have a family of several young children in two rooms on either side and they yell a lot from early morning to late night. And with an inner-courtyard room—with a putt-putt golf course in the courtyard—zero privacy if you want to open the curtains. We also had a problem checking in, as the young lady at the desk assumed that the name Danny meant a woman had made the reservation, and I was required to call my wife to have her confirm who I was before being checked in. Breakfast was, as usual at these hotels, mostly carbohydrates, which isn't suitable for a diabetic. At least the room was relatively clean—though my wife refused to use a washcloth that didn't look clean to her, and the TV worked (not always the case with long-term vacation rentals).

The good: girls at front desk were very nice, ocean view was good. The bad: whole place badly in need of repairs and updates, outside security entrance door on side did not close tight or lock, pool was dirty, jets on jacuzzi not working and staff did not seem to care, lol deck and told chips and dirty, no wifi all weekend (called front desk THREE TIMES to report bad wifi, no help was offered and once they hung up on me!).. found out at checkout that there is separate wifi for the third floor where we were and they never told us about it or offered it when we called front desk. Room was basically clean but seriously in need of a refresh, bathroom had cracked grout and water damaged walls. Parking is precarious and poorly laid out. There are many lodging choices in ocean shores and this should not be one of them.

Cleanliness was excellent. Staff was superb. With so many other hotels and inns providing breakfast banquets the spread here lacked. Very soft beds with superior linens and pillows. Walking distance to everything including the beach. Hot tub hot but jets not working. Hot tub and pool area clean and clear. Hotel was loud on weekend I could hear many guests in many rooms. There is lots to do in the area. Overall I enjoyed the stay.

Over all, this place is great. Its in a good centralized area of Ocean Shores for getting around to the beach and restaurants. The stay was great. The staff were helpful and the place was clean. Wish we could have stayed another day, tbh. The only thing that I would mention is the hot tub was not hot, more like luke warm. I’d stay again for sure!! Ty!

Hair in the bath tub, something dripped on the bathroom door, the sofa was so broken down in the center it was hard to get up out of it, one one of the lamps didn’t work,and outlets were old and didn’t hold the plugs and there weren’t enough outlets for medical devices near the bed without unplugging some lighting. Very disappointed is this property!

The staff was courteous, the lobby was clean. The food for breakfast was conservative and it reminded of a like home cooked meal. The room was nice , clean and I liked the cabel tv. Good Job

Great stay for the price paid. Quiet in the area and hotel didn’t seem busy. Had a pool which was a nice touch. Friendly and helpful staff.

They charge you extra for pets and they make you pay 100$ deposit on top off f you stay amount. Which I was not happy with because it didn’t say that online and the one I usually go to in that town doesn’t. I have yet to receive my deposit back
