This modern oceanfront sanctuary boasts breathtaking third-level ocean views and has expansive decks for soaking in the sea breeze. Dive into relaxation with a 6-person hot tub nestled in the spacious backyard, complete with a private path leading directly to the beach. Indoors, discover endless entertainment in the game room featuring ping pong, Foosball, and arcade basketball. Outside, enjoy a volleyball net, tetherball, and a horseshoe pit. With something for everyone, this sought-after retreat is a summer and fall haven, filling up fast year after year. Book now before it's too late!

This house was just right for our group of 6 (4adults and 2 children), well supplied and even though we had rain lots to do with the hot tub and play room, large living area and a short walk to the beach.

We had a very nice stay! We had 6 adults and 2 infants and it was the perfect size for our group. The game room downstairs was fun, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the walk to the beach was short and easy. Communication with the host was very easy. We were very happy with our stay.

Great family time!

We had a great time and the house was perfect for our multi-generational getaway. Everyone was comfortable and we were able to have local family (2 cousins and one of their spouses) join us one of the days. There was room for everyone to visit, have a meal together. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable and it we all slept well. Thanks for hosting us!

Great family getaway

Great home and location. Clean and comfortable. Any issue we had was addressed immediately. The neighbors at the adjacent property let their dogs roam free but they were only there two days during our stay and not much can be done about that. Wonderful stay and we would definitely stay at this property again.

Quiet Getaway

This place is perfect for a family or even two families to vacation together if you're looking for quiet, removed from town, but also within 10 minutes of plenty to do, groceries, restaurants, etc. The game room and hot tub are really nice adds to the four bedrooms (two for adults, two for 1-2 kids each). Also, the WiFi was super speedy, which is great since the cell signal is spotty out there. Would stay here again, and possibly with another family/couple (although having 'too much house' isn't a bad way to go for small families like us also).

Nice trail to beach, plenty of beach toys for the kids, hot tub available, fireplace for evenings, yard games, volleyball, horseshoes, tetherball, plenty of yard chairs, deck and bbq for afternoon hangouts. Good space

We had a nice stay at the First Mate house. It's not super fancy or stylish but it was clean and well stocked with a good layout of rooms for our group. It's a bit of a journey to the beach but it's a nice trail. The water is visible from the front decks and we were able to catch some nice sunsets.
