Great building with an elevator just across the street (1.5 blocks, a 3–4-minute walk) from the beach and Atlantic Ocean! Master bedroom has a queen bed, and second bedroom has two double beds. Living room has a sleep sofa so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. The condo comes with free Wi-Fi/high speed internet and there are 3 Smart TVs, which you can use with your login credentials. It is located on the 4th floor, has a balcony and there is an elevator in the building. There are a full-sized washer and dryer in this unit. This condo is also handicapped/wheelchair accessible with 36" door openings. This condo comes with 2 parking spaces; one assigned and another unassigned. Enjoy being in close proximity to many great restaurants and bars; Seacrets, Macky's, Fager's Island, 45th Taphouse, Tequila Frogs and Alley Oops to name a few! Also close to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment options!

*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $127.65. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
