Beachwalk # 4 is a large four bedroom townhome with a superb oceanfront location on 67th Street and multiple decks to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean. This property offers direct beach access from the front deck onto the beach. Also offers a carport, courtyard, washer and dryer and of course central air. Enjoy a full kitchen stocked with dishes, pots and pans and a coffee maker. Large living, dining and kitchen area are located on the lower level with a deck off the living area. The next level features 2 bedrooms (1 has King bed, other has 4 single beds) and a bath. King bedroom also boasts an oceanfront balcony. The next level features 2 bedrooms 1 with a king and oceanfront balcony and the next with 2 singles. This floor also has a bath.
Guests must supply your sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any three nights in the off season.

Easy in, easy out, right on the beach!
Stayed here with a group of friends for Oceans Calling 2024. Extremely easy check in, check out and great communication. Easy access to bus stop for festival. Would recommend to anyone, literally walk out to the beach.

Everything that we wanted!
As advertised, and trouble free (except minor issue with delivery of linens). This is a great place with plenty of rooms and step-out to the sand. The 4-story unit is one of four within the building, with a nice sanded common area out back prior to the dunes that head to the ocean. Multiple (3) balconies, with seating, were a big plus, affording an ocean view from the 3rd and 4th floors. Well stocked kitchen, nice TV, bathrooms on every level that had a room (1st floor merely exits to parking area). The TV viewing area, which photos accurately reveal as potentially small, was able to fit our group of ten using the couch/chairs/stools provided.
