The breakfast menu options were great! The location is excellent walkable to dining and main center plaza. I was disappointed with the noise level within the hotel during mornings - employees speaking to each other across from the halls.

I want to think this Hotel and the staff especially to Carmen. She picked me up from the airport. She was on time very friendly lady. I got attached to her very quickly. I love this hotel and I will definitely come back. It’s beautiful. I really recommend this place please ask for Carmen. She helps out with the tour And if you need a ride back to the airport, she will definitely help you out. Thank you so much for your hospitality Hotel Trebol. I will be coming back soon. The rooms are beautiful and beds comfortable. Appreciated the nice bathroom and the commitment to green energy. The hotel was a lovely oasis to the chaos located outside. The breakfast was okay and just expected better with the standard of amazing food in Oaxaca. We did need to walk up three flights of stairs to our room. Overall, I would stay here again.

The hotel was clean and pretty on the inside. The location was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was reeeeally good. Every day there were different options. The shower was the only thing we didn't like. It was difficult to set it to the right temperature and the water pressure was low.

First time in Oaxaca and made an excellent choice. We were right in the middle of town with the mercados and zocalo within walking distance. Darker shades would've been nice, a lot of light came in the early morning. There was no elevator but still enjoyed the hotel along with the breakfast. I would stay there again.
