Great staff, can hear the traffic, though, clean and nice decor. Could use some work. It's a bit further from the Zócalo than most tours like. Hard to find using navigation as it takes you to the opposite side of Cristobal Colón. I enjoyed myself

Habitación descuidada, camas y colchones duros, cobijas muy rígidas, parecía un Hotel de Paso. El servicio de recepción no fue el más óptimo, y además los controles remotos de la televisión no funcionaron. Las toallas para bañarse estaban muy duras y rígidas, además de mal cortadas.

La habitación no fue limpiada todos los días de la estancia, nos indicaban que se tenía que avisar a los encargados del hotel para que procedieran con la limpieza, adicional no hay agua caliente todo el tiempo, por las mañanas hay que avisar a los encargados que apoyen con el boiler para que unos se bañe con agua calientita.

La habitación muy pequeña para 3 personas, las camas muy incómodas, se sentían los resortes y lastimaban el cuerpo, habían hormigas, el baño muy estrecho por el mueble de fierro que tenía, nos golpea vamos con el mueble, una persona con sobrepeso muy difícil pasar hacia el excusado. No me gustó nada.

Las fotos no corresponden con las instalaciones del hotel. Las habitaciones están sucias, son ruidosas y parece motel de paso y mala muerte. Cuando llegamos, solicitamos la cancelación por publicidad engañosa y Expedia nos informó que sí procedía y que no se haría el cargo por no-show, pero el hotel sí hizo el cargo y ahora me informan que no se puede llevar a cabo el reembolso, cuando era imposible quedarse en habitaciones cuyas cortinas están pegadas con un clavo! Mejor quédense dentro de su coche!

Busquen otro lugar

Primeramente por la aplicación solicite una matrimonial, nos dieron individuales, q por q la habitación no dice lo real. Encontramos cucarachas pequeñas y grandes, una de las camas se sentía demasiado firme y la otra se sumía completamente. La llave y control de TV decian 103 pero la habitación era la 3. El control de la TV no servía tuve q ir a recepción a cambiarlo, el decodificador apuntaba al suelo, no puedes cambiar canal desde la cama, las sábanas tenían manchitas como de sangre, las toallas pequeñas y con hoyos se encierra ruido del pasillo tarda en salir el agua caliente y no esta claramente señalada la fría de la caliente, la madera carcomida por polilla. La verdad no me hospedaria de nuevo. La app no me deja subir fotos
