This large 5 bedroom house has all the modern home comforts. After a day out, enjoy your evening meal in the modern kitchen diner, then relax in the spacious lounge or in the very private garden and enjoy the bird songs in this conservation area.

The private Park estate is noted for its Victorian architecture. In the evenings, the street lamps are still entirely lit by gas.

Plenty of space, lovely location and close to town.
Property was a great base for a group of six of us who had activites planned through the weekend. Location is perfect in a lovely part of nottingham! Plenty of space in the house and the communcal spaces (lounge and kitchen) are great! Rooms are a bit quirky and some could do with a lick of paint, but as a base to walk into town and drive to various activites around/outside the city it was perfect. Host was great and kept in clear communication throughout the booking process. Would definately stay again for a group trip of friends with plans in and around the city.
