Really friendly, the most comfortable beds ever, perfectly located for us (midpoint between friends), very nice breakfast and evening meal. Couldn't have asked for more. Will be our go-to place in Norfolk from now on.

It was a perfectly nice stay. Clean and comfortable. My only thing I would suggest is move the bed to the back wall so you can see TV properly as I had neck ache trying to watch it sideways. Or put it on the wall at the bottom of the bed. Food was plentiful at breakfast with a good selection perfectly good stay and would stay again. We stayed one night before moving on to the broads as our main holiday but was a pleasant extension of our holiday. Would certainly do it again and recommend to others.

Perfect Norfolk Broads hotel

We met the ‘whole team’ and they were all amazing! The manager was visible throughout our stay and he made everyone feel welcome. The kitchen door is open for anyone to say hello to Jack (top chef) and it was spotless! Waiters, bar staff and even the gardener was friendly. We will definitely return. Felt like family.

Perhaps could have been better

Two downsides on our stay (we actually stayed 3 nights). During our stay our room was not serviced at all. On the last night there was no heating - but the hotel could not be held responsible for such a breakdown. Portable heaters were available in bedrooms. Staff and food were excellent.

Lovely staff; everyone we met were sweet and kind to my little boy. The quality of the food and drink were top class. Great ingredients used. This is a lovely place to stay and it is off road so no noise of passing traffic. I will return again!

Would Stay again.

Was comofortable. Everyone who worked there was lovely. I was above the games room and one of the nights. It was really loud. So much so that i couldnt hear the tv. You could hear eveybody coming through the door downstairs and in the corridor. The room was nice. A lot of resident ladybirds. Bed had sagged in the middle. Neverrheless. The price was reasonable. The service was excellent and rhe room was comfortable.
