Booked it on hotels.com and when i checked in they denied over my home residence being in the same town. Thankfully my partner had an out of state id or we would've out the money since it's non refundable despite nothing stating at the time the reservation was made that I couldn't get a room if I'm local. Poor management

Our stay was amazing! The lady at the front desk was the best part, we checked in at 5 on Thursday December 11th and I regret I didn’t get her name but she was absolutely amazing! During our stay anytime she was on shift she was so personable and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, room was amazing, but that front desk lady is why I will be back everytime we come to Redding and we come a lot!
