It was a pleasant experience from the time we walked in. The front desk staff(Shayla) I believe, was polite and helpful. This hotel is located it a good area with lots of dining and shopping options and was very close to the Studio Movie Grill where we were headed. The room was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the breakfast options were very reat. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very clean, has a welcoming atmosphere, and has a side table with drinking water in the lobby (other places I've stayed don't offer that). The breakfast is a bonus, and the staff are all very friendly and attentive.
