Customer service, we planned this trip with my adult cousins , I called earlier that morning just to see if our room could be ready early,y ,the receptionist told us our room wouldn’t be ready but our cousins would and we were right next door to them,they after a couple hour we went to the receptionist desk to get the keys to our room,imagine my surprise when we wasn’t right door to our family but on a different floor on opposite side of buildings, I told the gentleman that can’t be right we already be told we were right next door to our cousins he looked again and said no we not, then a couple minutes later another women called and said that they gave our room away to someone who had mobility issues and that there lots of people who come with the last name and since the previous receptionist didn’t leave a note stating that we were all together she tried to fix it by offering a room with 2 queens our was a king, I asked would we be right next to them then and no we were closer but not beside them, I declined there offer,the rest of the stay no one reached out to us at all

2 night visit to Eureka Springs. Reserved a room with a balcony. The balcony is a shared level. It was nice to sit out but not private. A lot of steps so be ready. No elevators. The room was dated but clean. Beds very comfy. The bathroom sink was separated from the tub and toilet. The area was tight and dated. The location was great for the downtown area and surrounding attractions.

Best Western Inn of the Ozarks was better than we expected. It was clean had great amenities and the restaurant had a delicious and reasonably priced breakfast. The service was incredible any employee we encountered was helpful and very nice. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff was really nice when we checked in. Once we got to our room it smelled so old and moldy. Even dropping the temperature in room didn't help. The carpet seemed like it hadn't been replaced since the 60s. Overall, I won't be picking any Best Western in the future.

Great place

Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the views from the balcony and had a lot of fun in the recreation and pool area. Being next door to the restaurant was great and the food was delicious.

Great stay. Even with temperatures hovering around 100, our room stayed cool. Quiet grounds, well kept.Great pool and jacuzzi and play area! Room was fine. The staff was outstanding - answered any questions about the area and the facilities. Great attention to detail, even remembering our dog's name. It's little things like that make a place the kind of place you want to come back to. The only negative was the wifi was spotty and weak; probably because of where our room was, but it would be nice if they could boost the power a bit. We probably spent more time in the room than we normally would have because of the extreme heat. Overall this was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it.

Everything was great except we chose this place because it had a pool and the pool was closed because the inspector said chemical levels were not right in the water

Wish there hadn't been so many stairs. An update & refresh would have been nice. The cafe was sooo good & nice. The gift shop was a nice surprise. The pool area! Wowza! The game area was outside, yet in a 'shelter' area by the pool. All in all, it was a nice hotel, just needs some tlc on the outside.
