Serviced Apartments in Northeast Arizona

Booked this hotel months in advance do to its proximity to Monument Valley. The day b4 arriving I was told the hotel was going through renovations and would have to walk over to Burger King for the free breakfast. It would have been nice to know this much sooner. Additionally, even though I booked this 3 mos in advance, they did not have the king suite I booked available. When I asked why it wasn't available she could inly say there were none available. Why be given the opportunity to choose your room only to learn upon arrival its not available.

Lady who checked me in acted as if I were a bother. No wifi, and was told it was being replaced. Evidently, it has been out for a long . Ice maker was out of order. Continental breakfast was barely adequate. Shower pan was badly cracked. I would not recommend this property although there are few options in this area.

We enjoyed our stay here. We arrived late and found the room clean and comfortable. The staff, specifically the cleaning staff, is top notch! We had just left our room and was loading up our vehicle when the cleaning Lady came to the parking lot to give us the earbuds my granddaughter had left in the bed! We were really impressed by her! The breakfast provided with the stay was sufficient.
