Staff was friendly and hotel was very clean. We had a room on the main floor so we didn’t have to carry our bags up the stairs. We didn’t realize the restaurant was closed for the season.

Advertised incorrectly on Expedia. Thought we'd booked the Hampton Inn Suites Keyanta, turn out it was Hampton Inn Monument Inn Keyanta. Signage at front of the Inn clearly states "Monument Inn Keyanta" there is definitely a play on wording. Be careful when booking.

The color carpet in the hall beautifully matched the culture of the Navajo Nation. The lady at the front desk was helpful and kind. She worked out all issues with the booking. Unfortunately Expedia and their other websites can't get their crap together. They have an abundance of errant information on their websites. We tried to book for the Hamilton inn and their website put us in this hotel. At least it was a good tradeoff. However, judging off the terrible service we have experienced by Expedia and hotels.com on this trip, I will never use their websites again for booking. Just for gathering information from now on.
