The property is dated however we were pleasantly surprised to find the rooms renovated. The hallways and room are extremely clean and maintained. Even though our room was on the highway side it is so well insulated that we didn't not hear any of the outside noise. The young lady at the desk was very nice.

The wifi at this property hardly worked at all,only got about 10 minutes every 1 and half hours. Complained and was told it was affected by tge weather but free wifi across the road at McDonalds and Taco Bell was fine. Very basic room not even a fridge or microwave, a necessity in this day and age.

Room was so dark with only table lamp and 1 small ceiling light. Looked like haunted. When we booked the room it said on website that all rooms have wifi but there was NO WIFI , upon checking at the lobby they said signal might come but thank god we only had 1 night to spend. It said on the website that refrigerator and microwave is available upon request but nope. No luck. It was overpriced. Not recommended.

When we arrived room was ready. However, we needed a refrigerator in the room to keep my husband’s medication refrigerated and there was none and none available. Also, no microwave in room. Very limited. No breakfast offered. Went to hotel restaurant and breakfast/ coffee for 4 people was $105. The next day we went for breakfast across the street to the blue coffee pot. Much better food and way better prices. Would not recommend.

I wanted to love this inn so much. But the carpets were dirty, pebbles and sand spurs all over the floor. I couldn't let my baby roll on the floor. The bathtub was full of hairs. There was no communication between the restaurant and hotel, so the restaurant had closed early and we didn't know. But they were kind enough to still serve us. The restaurant was good except for the extremely overpriced breakfast buffet. A member or our parties truck bed was broken into and multiple items were stolen, one of them was irreplaceable and sentimental. The pool was dirty. They shut our keycards off before checkout and we had to have an employee let us in the room one last time to do a walk through. They also started stripping one of the rooms before we checked out. We also watched house keeping only straighten one of the beds that wasn't used very much. But we had still sat on it, ate on it, and layed in. They didn't change any bedding on that bed. If you can, stay somewhere else.

It's probably the best budget location near the Monument Valley. It's like a motel and doesn't have Wifi, but gladly they provide very clean and decent rooms. Keyanta town also has most things you would need along the road, it's definitely recommended.

Front desk was not welcoming. Restaurant was excellent. There was no refrigerator nor micowave in room and no guest microwave on premises. Power went out twice during 3 day stay. Room was clean. Plenty of towels. Proximity to gas station made parking lot feel unsafe. First floor rooms have little privacy.
