Boutique Hotels in Northcliff

Check in was swift. Room was clean but needs updating. Shower was wonderful after a long travel day. Lots of hot water and powerful spray. As we had a late night flight the next day, the hotel stored our luggage and let us hang out. Lunch was good and very ample. The only issue was when we came back from enjoying pool, cleaning staff were in our room even with Do Not Disturb sign was out and it was over two hours before checkout.

Location superior, hotel all aspects very good

We had a lovely stay at this hotel & would happily return. The reception staff were outstanding, always friendly, extremely helpful, accommodating, & nothing was too much trouble. Their excellent customer service really made a positive difference to our stay. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable & well maintained. Excellent service & welcoming atmosphere. Parking onsite. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay & would recommend it, particularly because of the location less than a minute walk from Nelson Mandela Square for shopping & plenty of restaurants to choose for all budgets.
