The hotel is easy to reach from the nearby MRT and the Chinatown location provides convenient access to a number of interesting locations nearby.
All staff I have met have been very helpful and friendly.
The rooms and facilities are as advertised, and I was particularly impressed with the air-conditioning (which runs continuously, so the room is always a constant temperature) and the mini-fridge (great for storing perishable snacks).
Overall I have found this hotel to be very well suited to my travel requirements.

The staff Ka Woon at checkin was helpful & friendly..but 2 incidents happened in the breakfast restaurant which actually shows that their staffs were not well trained.
