Also wish hotels would do away with acknowledging their staff based on review feedback...more confident staff push QR code cards onto you constantly, holding you up, yet the most diliigent workers humbly go about unnoticed and don't ask for thanks - you should leave your guests to acknowledge and thank good service with gratuities or personal compliments at their own discretion without asking staff to farm positive online reviews
