Cute House in Great Neighborhood

My daughter had a dance competition and we were in town from Michigan for the week. Such a cute and clean house. It was perfect for my daughter and her cousin to share a room but each have a separate bed to sleep in while my mom and I had our own rooms/space. There was a wasp nest and the owner took care of it pretty quickly for us and helped us with the recycling bin that was very heavy to lift. Very sweet of him. The only negative I would say is that the lawn was pretty long. Our kids did not want to play outside but it almost appeared as though someone's mower broke down and they could not finish. It did attract a few more bugs outside, but again, we did not have time to spend outdoors at the place so not a huge inconvenience. Overall we were very impressed. The nearby playground was fantastic, highly recommend. It was a good distance from the Convention Center and not too far of a drive at all! Would for sure stay here again if we come back to the area.

Park House Charleston stay

We had a wonderful time and packed a great deal even though our stay was two full days. Went to the market and several antique shops and the Battery. The second day we took our grandson to Patriots Point. He loved it!! We ate sea food. Toured Fort Moultrie and even managed to put in some beach time. The accommodations were extremely comfortable and clean. The price was reasonable. Restaurants and grocery stores were close. We will definitely try to rent again.

Awesome Stay - We will be back!

We had such a great time at David’s place and really liked the location. It’s close to the beach and the historic downtown Charleston. We loved the couches and beds as well as the modern features of the house. Everything looks like new!
