The room was spotless and the staff was very friendly. Our breakfast was great also and the breakfast girl was great! Check in and check out was so easy. I was on the road for 27 years before I retired and I highly recommend this hotel.

My room was very clean and comfortable and staff very helpful and kind. However, the elevators were out of service several times during my 3-night stay. Additionally, the fire alarm went off at 5 AM one morning and continued for 30 minutes. It was a malfunction. Also, there was a $14 charge per night for parking, which I must have missed when I booked.

Hotel filthy and loud. Elevators non-functional half our stay. Both of us had breathing problems and rough sleep both nights due to the dust in the room and the place apparently being a “party motel” with running in the hallways and doors slamming.

First they gave us a room where the lavatory flush and telephone not working. They changed to a different room. Around 3 am fire alarm went off. Called fron desk, they said it is due to some water leakage. It alarm sound went on for 15 mins. Next day moring, the elevator did not work. We had to take stairs with luggage, pretty painful. The breakfast was okay, not great.

I am 82 years old, have been a Hilton Honors Member since 1992, but have NEVER had a surprise at checkin as I did here. A surprise $14 fee to PARK MY VEHICLE. What did they think, I would be walking to the hotel. It was not the $$ just the way they went about getting it.. A very deciteful way to keep the oublished room rate lower at 1st sight. I have stayed at HH all over world and this Hampton was probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in, just the surprise fee for parking. At checkout this was removed from my bill.......

My stay was wonderful!! Everything was very clean from the lobby to the rooms. The front desk staff was awesome! Stephanie, Nyoka, and I don’t remember the name of the young lady that checked me in on my first night around 6pm but she was very nice and helpful. Our toilet handle wouldn’t flush so I called the front desk and she did not hesitate to change our room. I highly recommend this hotel!!

It’s ridiculous we need to pay for the parking $12 per day! Unbelievable and the front desk said it’s for patrolling the parking area but we never saw not once patrol and we stayed for 4 days! Hot water shower not really hot and there’s no pressure the room smells kinda funky not clean smell and there’s a hole in our shower curtain. Not staying ever again. Terrible
