Staff wasn’t very helpful-he just got is checked in. No additional info was given about breakfast or amenities. Our room had a smell to it almost musty smelling. Furniture and curtains were wore down and the floors were sticky. Overall needs better maintenance.

The place was OK. It was clean, except for the breakfast area that needed an attendant to clean tables. I recommend breakfast at an alternative location. Front desk attendant could use a smile. The property was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The pool with a decent size with a hot tub. We had to ask for towels and they were only big enough for a small child. The place was clean. The rooms were nice.

Very nice hotel for the price. I wish the pool water wasn't ice cold and the hot tub needs to be hot and could use more pressure in the jets. Breakfast was really nice. My room was very clean. Even the outside of the hotel was clean

The lock door didn’t work and the front desk people knew that. When we told him he said that he called somebody already to fix it but nobody went. The hot tub was very dirty and the pool towels very small.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The room smelled like urine. You can hear people walk up and down the hallways and the room next door easily. The front desk staff is extremely rude, unprofessional and entitled. He was insulting and belittling and treated me like I was a hindrance to his day. I was disgusted by the smell and odors in the room and didn’t sleep at all due to it. I will never stay at this disaster again. Oh yeah and there was a dog barking. Also the pillows were micro mini pillows. I’ve never seen anything like that before. The bed was beyond uncomfortable.

Literally the WORST place I have ever stayed.. literally filthy. Blood stains on the duvets , the bathroom shower towels were all stained and the floor shower towel literally had dirty foot prints on them. The staff were told about it and they DID NOT even care! There were towel in the closet on the floor ..dirty when we checked in and the front end staff didnt care or do anything about it. Left me completely speechless with the indifference and total lack of care about it. I am debating calling the health department because these were the obviously things.. what else is going on in the hotel. It is so sketchy. I would stay in my car over staying here again! Gross
