Staff were great. Unlike what has happened at other hotels, the staff here was honest. I left my tablet in the room and did not realuze it until I was hours away. I called the hotel (thinking I had no real hope of gettibg it back) only to find that the house cleaning staff (room 217) found it and turned it in. I had local friends pick it up for me Thank you to all of the staff.

Nicely kept upscale feel throughout this property with many dining and shopping options right outside. When we stayed, there were sports teams booked in too, so the pool and fitness room could be crowded at peak times. But it never got noisy or rowdy. Beds were comfy as it gets and breakfast was Hilton-quality and well stocked despite being near capacity. I will be back.

The hotel was generally great except for the mattresses. We found them to be too hard and woke up with sore backs. Reception staff were friendly , the room was very nice and the breakfast had a good variety.

Everything was excellent! The front desk clerk was a pleasure to meet and very informative and accommodating. The room was comfortable, clean and the heat/AC worked well. The only thing that may need to be done and is probably scheduled in the future is the hallway doors need to be cleaned and repainted. This is our second stay here in a year. We will stay here again when we travel that way.
