Sit back and relax at one of North Avoca's finest addresses. This ultra modern and stylish home offers stunning panoramic views to both the north and south Avoca Beach headlands and beach. Enjoy the inspiring ocean views from its open plan living, kitchen and dining areas that flow seamlessly to the beachside deck containing an outdoor setting with an additional protected entertaining area on the western side that overlooks the perfectly manicured lawns and gardens complete with outdoor setting and BBQ.
The top level of Seashore contains the Master suite with king bed, built in wardrobe and access to the entertaining area. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and built in wardrobe. A stylish bathroom completes the upstairs areas.
Downstairs features a large rumpus style cinema room- the perfect space for a kids retreat. The third bedroom contains a king bed and built in wardrobes and the fourth bedroom has 2 king singles and an open wardrobe space. Seashore has ducted aircon upstairs and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

Great beachfront location

We had a great stay in this newly renovated house in a fantastic location right on the beachfront at North Avoca. Amazing views, large decks facing both the beach and the back garden, and immaculate lawn areas.

NORTH AVOCA WELLNESS!

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING....... thats why we keep coming back. We have experienced winter and summer in this beautiful home the wellness our family receives from North Avoca and this beautiful property keeps us going all year. The home is immaculate and has recently had new decor added (was so stylish preciously now even more stylish) Now the games room (we like to call it the bunker LOL) has furniture and a new massive tv which is great for the chidden. We spent many hours resting, breathing and in the ocean, surfing and swimming. So good to be ale to watch the children in the ocean from the deck and not worry. Always beautiful with an incredible view and beach access we will be back saving up for next visit. Thank you for having us :)

Great position

The property was amazing and the location was great.Property was clean clean and great for families as they don't need to luggage chairs and umbrella's to go to the beach,you can sit on the back patio and watch the kids in the water.Also we loved that Netflix and foxtel and all the other movie channels were available for us to watch .Would recommend this place.
