The internet was agonizingly slow. When I asked for a late checkout at 8pm I was charged for half a day - OK I guess, But then told I had to be out by 7pm or it would be a full day. - For the sake of one hour I found this uneccessary.

The hotel is an oasis of calm in the most wonderful setting with views over the Arabian Gulf, it is very central for Churchgate and transport options. The staff in the hotel can not do enough for you day and night. I stayed with them for a week and every member from bottom to top of ranking were so nice by the end of the week it was like coming home each day. The buffet breakfast is outstanding on choice and quality offered, and is very popular on weekends with non guests brunching. The roof area has a wonder glass bottom swimming pool and makes for fun viewing 6 floors down in the beautiful Art Deco inspired lobby.
