My sheet had a hole in it --large hole . I asked for a replacement and 2 blankets [hey im a cold sleeper] from the front desk. Sadly it was interpreted as a flat sheet and one blanket dropped in the room. No-one seemed to concerned when I mentioned it at the desk in the morning. of course they took a note but im guessing the blame will go to housekeeping NOT to the person who listened with little concern. "I have a hole in my sheet the size of my hand can we get it changed I'll be out of the room a while." Every other aspect was nice-sadly this was disturbing- and I fully understand we all have bad days but at least acknowledge it was an 'opps' and so sorry for that ?
