This beautiful and very quiet apartment has 2 bedrooms suites, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and 2 sinks.1 separate toillet
A large living room of 55m2 very bright with fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and a nice dining area.
In one of the bedrooms there has a real wooden cota free parking space with your stay; This space is located in the parking lot of the Nice Etoile shopping center 6 minutes walk
The accommodation is 16 minutes from the train station (Nice city), 6 minutes from the tramway line 2 direct airport.

Definitely recommend this place. We were one of the first to stay here. Great communication from owner and Laure who granted us access. The apartment is in a secured building, which was easy to access and safe. The apartment is newly outfitted, clean, and includes great amenities. You can sleep comfortably and be able to cook, do laundry, sit on the balcony, and so much more. Location is perfect. Close to Massena Square, a few minutes from Old Nice and the water, and near grocery and many places to eat. Would stay here again for sure!!! Thanks for the great stay!

Apartment in Nice, France

Lovely apartment in the center of Nice. Obviously newly renovated and was super clean! Close to everything by foot or tram. Trains were a little far but tram took us to the station. We did not like the "shower" nor the fact there was only one toilet which, btw, was not in either bathroom. It was like a powder room outside the living room. As for the shower, it was strange that in order to take one, you had to stand, squat or sit in the tub then use the "wand" to spray yourself and wash your hair. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom (but no toilet - ?) and each seemed to have plenty of room for a nice stand up shower AND a toilet so we couldn't figure out the ultimate design. The only other thing I would suggest for guests is to leave directions as to how to use the TV - everything was streaming, which is fine, but when we tried to use it, it wouldn't recognize the already loaded passwords. We had lovely weather so didn't need to watch TV. But we did want to catch up on the Tour de France and couldn't. I would recommend this location but just be aware of these notes. : )
