Pros: Excellent, friendly staff that were eager to attend to guest needs during the stay. If anything makes the stay here, it's the people. Linens always immaculately clean and crisp. Cons: No idea how the property received a 4 star rating, condition of the property and amenities offered are certainly not at this level. Reception area felt cluttered. Bathrooms dated and sub-optimally designed (water goes everywhere when you take a shower). Overall the property feels dated and gives fancy motel/hostel vibes.
