Nice alors!
The property is in an exceptional location and has excellent bathrooms and a charming kitchen. This is a spacious apartment well situated opposite a supermarket, is close to the beach and high end shopping area.
The only constructive criticism I could give would be to modernise the lounge room furniture. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Appartement fantastique
Appartement très grand, très propre et vraiment bien équipé. Très bien isolé, on n’entend pas les bruits de la rue ni ceux des voisins. Il correspond en tout point à l’annonce. L’épicerie se trouve juste en face, de l’autre côté de la rue, et la gare SNCF est à 12 minutes à pied. Le quartier est sécuritaire. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants dans les environs. La promenade des Anglais est à une dizaine de minutes de marche et tout peut se faire facilement à pied. Je recommande cet appartement sans aucune hésitation.
