The rooms were all unique and the lobby and hallways were beautiful and clean. Staff was very helpful and we were very happy with our room. Our only complaint is when we stayed on the first floor above the lobby, the door was not insulated so we heard guests and staff very late and early.

Property is super convenient being next to the laundromat, could not be any closer. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the main area of Nice & Beach / Bars all that. If you are coming from the airport, the stop is 1 block over from the hotel (3 minute walk) again super convenient, no transfers - could not ask for better. The only “problems” I had with this hotel is the 1-ply thin toilet paper & the toilet sitting high up off the ground. My 5’4 girlfriend’s feet were dangling off it. Hotel Vendome if you see this, get some thicker toilet paper! Overall: 5/5, great hotel & great location - everything is super convenient. The restaurants around the hotel and down the street are also very good. The laundromat next door is cheap & very convenient. This hotel may need a remodel in the coming years, but as of August 2025 it was great for the price.

Just ok. No shampoo in bathrooms, lots of gnats flying around. Small elevator and only steps to get up the front, no ramp for luggage. Stoic staff. Stingy with the towels. Location was decent for the sites in Nice.

I was riding a motorcycle and the nice manager informed me to park my motorcycle inside the gate and it was on camera . I felt very safe at the hotel and the staff is very friendly .

This was a good hotel for family, as we were 7 in total and took three rooms. The rooms were very small - no place to open luggage on the floor - but the staff were very friendly and they have a small bar in the lobby which is very affordable. Not a bad location, as long as you do not mind being close to the beach.

Great hotel just on the outskirts if Nice Old town. It was very easy to get to from the airport as it was about a 2 minute walk from the tram station direct from the airport. The room was very large and had a large balcony facing the front of the building. The aircondituoning wored bery well and the room was very quiet considering it is on a busy road. There was water in the room which could be re-filled from a filtered tap in the reception. The only thing that wasn't great was that the balcony had cleary not been swept or cleaned in a long time with a lot of bird droppings, dust and dead weeds Overall it is a great choice for a trip to Nice
